I have 3 causes of my hair loss with 1 being permanent and the other, although current, should resolve with time I hope (stress). The first one was medication and I've been off that for a year, but did it ever make me shed hair.
I still haven't passed that turning point where the amount of hair I lose goes back to normal, but as bald spots and thinned out areas appeared, I really stepped up the treatment. Grow New Hair Treatment is only one of about a dozen products I use from this company, but its one of the most important ones. I don't like all their products, but the ones I need, luckily, I like very much.
I have four bald spots and random thinned out areas. Two of the bald spots developed around, in front of and above both temples. Worse I had bangs, so it was painfully obvious that right in front of my face, were these 2 quarter sized areas of little to no hair. I hit all the bald areas up, rotating through their products with this being one of them.
Yesterday, I noticed in the mirror, that hair is growing back around the temple areas, enough so that my small diameter curling brush was able to style them into my bangs. I mean they aren't fully grown in yet, but enough was there to make something of it! Yayyyy! Also, if I lift my bangs, i see lots of little hairs growing out. I treated that area too because my hairline was starting to recede. Looks like it's not going to do that anymore :-)
I was told by my doctor that my body went through a hormonal shock, so it will take time
to re-regulate itself and hair to grow back, but to not be discouraged if nothing happens because that just might be in my genes. What? Oh heck no! I won't give up without a fight!
